4. MEMBERSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY

6.5 False information provided during verification may result in immediate service termination

12. FORCE MAJEURE

12.1 We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

12.2 This includes but is not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, acts of terrorism, war, or civil unrest

12.4 In such events, services may be postponed, and clients will be notified of alternative arrangements

12.5 No refunds will be provided for delays caused by force majeure events, but service extensions may be offered
